You get your current workflow documented, a proposed new workflow, the software it needs and why, an on-site walk with your staff, and a written quote to implement it. The $500 is credited toward implementation if you go ahead. Complex workflows are quoted on their own. Software subscriptions are billed by the vendors, not by Neuralogic.
